Debt Settlement

Debt ranging from $0 to $50,000: 10% of reduction amount with a $250 minimum fee.

Debt ranging from $50,000 to $100,000: 15% of reduction amount.

Debt ranging from $100,000 and above: 20% of reduction amount

Estate Planning

Advanced Health Care Directive, Power of Attorney, and Last Will and Testament (Package)

Individual: $350

Couple: $500

Personal Injury

Most Injury Cases & Vehicle Accidents

No upfront costs – contingency only

Prior to filing a lawsuit: 33 1/3% (of gross recovery)

After filing lawsuit: 40% (of gross recovery)

Trucking Accidents: 45% (of gross recovery)

Expenses and Costs to be paid out of any settlement funds obtained for the client

Medical Malpractice & Wrongful Death

Uncontested Divorce

Without Children: $1,000

With Children: $1,500

Filing Fee: $220 (depends on county case is filed)

Parent Counseling: $40 (where children are involved) (per person)

Other Services

Any service that is not listed above as a flat-rate fee will be billed at an hourly rate of $225 per hour with a five-hour retainer. All subsequent retainers will be billed at five hours until your case has been resolved. This retainer does not include expenses or costs. Client will be required to pay expenses and costs as the case proceeds.

Attorney Referrals

Referring attorneys may qualify to receive a referral fee; subject to Georgia Law and the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.

NOTE: Client understands attorney will not begin work on their case until all fees, expenses, and costs are paid as outlined above. Failure to pay fees or replenish the retainer may result in the attorney withdrawing his representation from your case.
